You really have NO idea what you are talking about. The areas that people complain about Vista either aren't enabled, or aren't installed, or just aren't was the Multimedia Class Scheduler Service which would interrupt network bandwidth for media playback. Bottom Line: If you've been disappointed with the performance of Windows Vista to date, get used to it.
