I have vista home premium 32 bit on an Acer Extensa 4620Z with 2G of Ram. When I play a wmv file, it will not play at full screen in Win Media Player 11. It will play at 100% but the screen goes blank at 200%. Is there a plug in that I need. I have all of the Win updates. -- John N.
